Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM IST, and check-out time is 12:00 NOON.
Early check in is subject to availability, check in time starts from 2pm, early check in will attract 50% of room rate.
Check out is 11am, late check out will attract 50% of room rate until 4pm, after that full rate shall apply.
Cancellation: 7 days before check in attracts free cancellation, 48 hours before check in attracts 50% cancellation fee and day of check in attracts 80% cancellation fee
Smoking is PROHIBITED in all rooms, bar arears, restaurant, reception arears, defaulters shall be charged a cleanup fee of Hundred Thousand Naira Only (100,000) per incident.
Guest are not allowed to owe the Hotel except corporate guest with prior arrangements.
Standard hotel policies apply when not specified in the Reservation Confirmation.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
The Hotel is not liable for food taken off-premises.
The actual bill is final in case of payment disputes.

Guests are liable for damage to hotel property.
The Hotel is not responsible for accommodating allergies or sensitivities not disclosed prior to arrival.
Valuables can be stored in room safes or by the Hotel.
Exceptionally valuable items must be declared, and the Hotel may refuse storage.
The Hotel is not responsible for guest possessions lost due to guest negligence.
Lost property is kept for three months and then disposed off or donated.
Claimed items can be collected with ID or posted at the guest’s expense.
The Hotel is not responsible for vehicles in the parking area.
Valet parking is at the guest’s own risk.
The Hotel can change these terms without notice.
The Hotel is not liable for disruptions beyond its control.
Airport transport is an ancillary service, and the Hotel is not liable for incidents during transit.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Reservations are subject to the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
The website’s General Terms and Conditions form the binding agreement.
The Hotel can cancel reservations with false or incomplete information.
Guests permit the Hotel to profile them from public data for better service.
The Hotel can change these terms without notice.
Guests indemnify the Hotel against any liability from their stay.
The Hotel is not liable for losses due to reservation cancellations.
The Hotel is not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond its control.
Waiving rights on one occasion does not imply future waivers.
